Day Of Coordination Service
Oak Hollow Designs will help to make sure your special day go as smoothly as possible by working with the officiant, ceremony site, reception site and your booked vendors. The coordinator will be present to assist with the wedding rehearsal. At the rehearsal the coordinator will make sure that the bridal party feels comfortable with their role in the wedding. The day of coordinator will help the bride to make sure she has what she needs during the day. The coordinator will make sure to contact any vendors if they do not show up at their scheduled time to see if there is a problem and help to troubleshoot any problems that may arise. If the wedding is scheduled to be outside and the weather does not cooperate, the coordinator will help to set up the backup plan so that the wedding is not delayed (to the best of their ability). This service is to ensure that the bridal couple can relax the day of the wedding and can focus on getting ready, get their pictures, and enjoy the day without having to worry about everything falling into place and the wat what-ifs that can arise. Decorating & Styling
Services
Oak Hollow Designs will set up and style the wedding ceremony and reception venue with décor items that the bride and groom have for their wedding day. If items are rented from OHD they will be delivered to the venue by the decorators to save the bride and groom a trip to the rental studio. We will discuss prior to the wedding, the placement of the décor so that on the wedding day the bride, groom and their family and friends can relax and enjoy the morning leading up to the wedding. Our goal is to bring your vision to life and have a beautiful stress free wedding.

At Your Service
Full Service Package
The At Your Service Package is for the bride and groom that want to be assured their ceremony, reception and all other wedding decor elements are decorated beautifully. This package includes all that is listed under the Day Of Coordination Service and the Decorating & Styling Services. It also includes the added bonus of undecorating services. Oak Hollow will undecorate the décor and help the couple clean up the items that the venue or other vendors do not take care of. OHD will load and take the Oak Hollow rental décor back to the studio to save the couple the trip. This is a great additional service to have so that the couple does not have to stay for hours after the reception is over to clean up.
